Warranty Policy
At Veggari, we offer a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.*
During this period, Veggari guarantees a free repair or replacement if the product fails to function properly or shows signs of a manufacturing defect.
What the Veggari warranty covers:
This warranty covers defects resulting from normal use. Damage caused by misuse, water, dropping, or improper handling is not covered by the Veggari warranty.
Conditions of the Veggari warranty:
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
A valid proof of purchase is required.
The warranty is non-transferable.
How to make a warranty claim with Veggari:
Gather necessary documents
Collect your proof of purchase and any relevant documents that confirm the product is from Veggari.
Contact Veggari customer service
Email Veggari customer service with a description of the issue and the required documents. We will assess whether the issue is covered under warranty and provide further instructions.
Follow Veggari’s instructions
If needed, you may be asked to return the product for inspection. Initial shipping and handling costs are the customer's responsibility. If the issue is confirmed to be covered, Veggari will reimburse the return costs and proceed with a free repair or replacement.
Receive your solution from Veggari
After inspection, Veggari will either repair the product or replace it. If replaced, you will receive a new or refurbished unit of the same model.
