What is the delivery time of my order?

What is the status of my order?

Once your
order is ready to ship, our shipping partner will send you an additional email
with the tracking information. Using this data, you can track the shipment of
your order until it is delivered.

Can I still cancel my order?

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via info@veggari.com if you wish to cancel your order.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship
throughout the European Union.

Payments

Where can I find my invoices?

Your invoice will always be sent in the confirmation email of your order.

 If you can't find it, please contact us at info@veggari.com We will send you a copy
within 2 working days.

Please include your order number and full name in this email.

Which payment methods can I use?

We
currently offer the following payment options:

 During the checkout process, you can view the available options and select your preferred payment method.

How can I redeem my gift card or voucher code?

To use your voucher code or gift card, enter the voucher code or your gift card code on the right or at the very bottom during the checkout process. Once this is
completed, the value of the voucher or gift card will be automatically deducted
from the purchase amount.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Within our
return conditions, you can return unused products within 14 days of delivery.
It is allowed to open the package and view its contents. Just keep in mind that
returns are only accepted when the items are unused, with all original
accessories included and in the original packaging.

 After the return has been received and meets the return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding any shipping and/or return costs) within 10 working days to your original payment method.

If the return received does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you to
find a suitable solution together.

What are the costs to return an order?

Part of the return costs are covered by us, the customer is responsible for the remaining part, unless otherwise agreed or stated.

Warranty?

At Veggari, we offer a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.*

During this period, Veggari guarantees a free repair or replacement if the product fails to function properly or shows signs of a manufacturing defect.

What the Veggari warranty covers:

This warranty covers defects resulting from normal use. Damage caused by misuse, water, dropping, or improper handling is not covered by the Veggari warranty.

Conditions of the Veggari warranty:

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

The warranty is non-transferable.

How to make a warranty claim with Veggari:

Gather necessary documents
Collect your proof of purchase and any relevant documents that confirm the product is from Veggari.

Contact Veggari customer service
Email Veggari customer service with a description of the issue and the required documents. We will assess whether the issue is covered under warranty and provide further instructions.

Follow Veggari’s instructions
If needed, you may be asked to return the product for inspection. Initial shipping and handling costs are the customer's responsibility. If the issue is confirmed to be covered, Veggari will reimburse the return costs and proceed with a free repair or replacement.

Receive your solution from Veggari
After inspection, Veggari will either repair the product or replace it. If replaced, you will receive a new or refurbished unit of the same model.
